The New Orleans Jazz Fest Passion Project was a challenging and exciting opportunity for me to showcase my skills and creativity. Inspired by the legacy of Louis Armstrong, one of the greatest trumpeters in history, I developed a music festival visual identity that truly captures the essence of New Orleans' vibrant and soulful music scene.
(The New Orleans Music Festival drew inspiration from the Jazz & Heritage Festival.)
This endeavor honed my skills in branding, logo design, and event promotion. From curating playlists to crafting posters, pamphlets, and innovative food containers, every detail echoed my passion for design.
This project reflects my enthusiasm for design, and my ability to translate anything into design by thinking outside the box.
It was a challenging but rewarding experience, and I am proud to have been a part of an art program that helped me craft these soft skills. It is a testament to how my education and training have helped me grow as a designer and prepared me to take on new challenges in the industry.
